You can now view your driver information, including your “Mercer Safety Score” on the Mercer Contractor web.  In your drop down menu, select “Info” to view.  Have a great day, and GO MERCER!

    Hi Jason, Would you please tell me if a zero CSA score is good? I haven’t been very good about keeping up with how the scoring systm works. Thank you

      Yes Maryanne, the lower the score, the better.

    Jason, how does a co-driver go about getting his or her information? When you click on info. all you get is the primary driver. I called Eric last week and he said he would have to get in contact with the IT dept. because he didn’t have an answer for me. Thanks , Robin Jones unit 9876

    jason, how do co-owners/drivers look up both of their scores on the info? It only shows one owner/driver.

    hey jason… can u put the phone numbers for the agencys on the driver info board, some of the numbers i have are no good…thanks troy

    Contractor web profiles are set up with driver codes. So if there are two drivers in a truck, you would need two different accounts, one for each driver. Or if you just want your safety score, call us.

    well what if your truck is a team operation then should’t you be able to see both drivers info??

    I talked to the IT people, and both driver’s info is showing on the contractor web, if both drivers are currently listed on the truck in the system.
