There is no need to call truck pay or billing after scanning your paperwork to make sure they received it. If you got a confirmation message that you paperwork was sent, then we have it. Truck pay will only be delayed if they are getting a couple hundred calls per day asking if paperwork was received. Thank you and GO MERCER!

    And just in case you missed the confirmation message, you can also go to Tools > Scanning History Viewer (in the TripPak software menu bar). You can click on the “Access Code” for the day in question and it will take you to TripPak’s website where you can view the documents you scanned. Hope this helps!

    Jason, I love the new TripPak scanning. We recently delivered at Camp LeJeune,NC
    on wednesday and reloaded there on thursday. As most drivers know, there is no TripPak box near Camp LeJeune. We were able to scan our paperwork without leaving the area and received a settlement thirty minutes later. Awesome!!! Had it not been for scanning, we probably would not have been paid until the following tuesday. And to think, this great service on this load for only $0.48 cents. Wow.

    Jason, can we trip scan from canada or do we need to wait til back in the states to scan & send?

    sure would be nice if someone would call me if all of the transaction didnt go thru even if comp said it did instead of holding up my pay even longer and leaving me wandering!
