LET ME HAVE YOUR ATTENTION TUESDAY!

It’s a cold gloomy day here in the Ohio Valley, and I sit here stricken with a double ear infection, so please take it easy on me today.  I have several items to discuss, and my news is more exciting than Tiger Wood’s lame, rehearsed, apology to the world.

– The hot topic in the driver’s lounge is definitely the new board system.  There are many opinions about it so far ranging from “Epic Failure” to “Life Changing Experience”.  The news is that it hasn’t even been implemented yet.  But that will soon change.  The new board system is set to start tomorrow! That’s Wednesday,  Feb. 24th.  Most of you know, that I am a big fan of the new board system, and I won’t change my stance on that, no matter what J.P. Dubois says!

– I want to talk about our weekend operation here in the Louisville office.  On Saturday morning, 3 employees come in to answer phones.  They are here from 9am-3pm EST.  Keep in mind that they are only 3 people here, and call volume gets very high, so hold times may get a little long.  If you can take care of as much business as possible on Friday, I would recommend it.  After 3pm, those people are on call for the rest of the weekend from a cell phone.  They have no computer access, and the only advance they can give is in the form of a paper ComCheck, or TCH check, and they can only advance to a certain amount.  They can not advance your card at those times.  Please keep in mind that we are a 24 hour service though.  If you are needing to call in loaded information, or call in empty, there is always someone here to help you.  If you have any kind of claim or accident, we have a claims specialist on call 24/7.

– There is plenty of Wounded Warrior Project merchandise in the company store.  Two different shirts, a hat, and a truck decal.  We hope to have some more for the truck show next month, but if you stop by, please check it out, and help us get to our donation goal of $25,000!

You need not care what I think. I have been wrong before. For example, I once thought you were a bright
    young man.

That sounds like one of my lines J.P.

I’m not right all of the time. Just the other day I thought I was wrong about something but I was mistaken.
